Checklab for manufacturing companies

Ensure quality at every step of the production process

Digitize incoming inspections, process checks and final inspections. Record results and non-conformities as work happens and stay in control from the shop floor through product release.

  • One consistent method for recurring production checks
  • Measurements, photos, notes and rejections stored centrally
  • Results available for follow-up, audits and improvement

Quality during the work

Quality records belong in the production process

Paper forms, separate spreadsheets and verbal handovers make it difficult for every shift to inspect in the same way. Versions diverge, evidence becomes scattered and a non-conformity does not always reach the right colleague in time.

With Checklab, employees perform checks while they work. Instructions, records and findings stay connected, while quality and production teams retain visibility into progress and follow-up.

Production processes

From incoming goods to product release

Configure checklists around the moments when quality is determined. Employees see what they need to inspect and record the result directly in the relevant process.

01

Incoming inspection

Inspect materials and parts upon receipt and record damage, quantities, specifications or supplier non-conformities.

02

Process and line checks

Record settings, dimensions, visual checks, safety checks and other process values during production.

03

Final inspection and release

Verify that required steps have been completed and retain results with the product, order or batch.

04

Audits and safety rounds

Use a consistent method for internal audits, workplace inspections and periodic checks.

Non-conformities and actions

Do not let a non-conformity end up in a separate form

When a check fails, the employee immediately records the finding, its context and available evidence. The non-conformity remains connected to the inspection where it was found and can be assigned and followed up.

For recurring or structural problems, the process can be extended with root-cause analysis and corrective or preventive actions (CAPA).

Quality insight

See where quality is on track and where action is needed

Digital checks build a searchable history. Quality managers and production leads can retrieve results, monitor open findings and identify recurring areas of concern.

The same records help support internal audits, customer questions and improvement actions.

How manufacturers use Checklab in practice

Ned Air logo
“Nothing leaves our factory until the final inspection has been completed in full.”

Ned Air uses digital final inspections for air-handling systems and works towards First Time Right. Product release is connected to mandatory checks through an ERP integration.
